Can I Get A Sample Of Your Data?

Yes. Click here to download a FREE sample data pack now. It includes data from the UK, USA & Canada in CSV (Comma Separated) format. When you purchase any or our lists, they come in both this format and MySQL (.sql) format.

How Soon Is My Data Available?
All data packs are available for download immediately after your payment has been processed. If you have chosen any options or a fully customised list, this will usually be available for download within 24 hours after purchase.

What Happens If The Download Fails For Any Reason?
When you make your payment, we will send you an e-mail with a download link and instructions on how you can download your purchase for up to 48 hours afterwards. This will give you plenty of time to successfully download your purchase should anything happen. If you are still having problems downloading, contact us by e-mail or live chat and we will assist you in downloading your business data.

How Current Is Your Data?
Our data is updated regularly to ensure information is as accurate as possible. We completely refresh our databases every 3 months and add additional businesses every week to our lists. You can always see at the bottom of our quick links submenu when the databases were last updated on our system.

Does the Data Contain Duplicate Entries?
The instant download files do contain duplicate entries for certain companies. This is where there are a number of alternative records held for that company. For instance, there may be multiple contacts, telephone numbers, or a number of e-mail addresses for that company. We took the decision to include the additional data so that you have the choice of what data to use, and it can easily be filtered out by yourself, or we can provide pre-filtered data at a small extra charge.

When you view our business list details, you will see that we have individually broken down exactly what each pack contains to provide clarification of how the records are calculated:

Records Included - The total number of records within your pack including any duplicates. These duplicates will include additional information such as extra e-mail addresses, alternate contact numbers, or alternate contact names, etc.

Unique Businesses - This number indicates the total of unique businesses, sorted by unique telephone contact numbers (the most common way to separate the data). This number does not, however, include businesses that do not have a telephone contact and therefore there may be many more unique business included within your list depending on how you search the data.

E-Mail Addresses - The number of (unverified) e-mail addresses included within the pack.

If you require duplicate screening, we can offer this service as an add-on feature to each pack we sell. Simply choose this option when making the purchase and we will create an additional pre-filtered file within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will still be able to download the complete data pack instantly while you wait for the pre-filtered list to be compiled (usually screened for unique telephone numbers) when you make your purchase. Are your businesses screened for TPS Screening (TPS and CPTS) or Address Screening (MPS, Gone Aways or Bereavement)?
Our business lists are derived from various sources to provide the most up to date and best value uk business data lists around. Currently to keep the cost to yourselves low, we do not pre-screen our data against the TPS or MPS lists. Before sending out to or telephoning companies on our lists, you should check the details against these lists. There are a number of third party companies who can do this for you and by using them you can be sure of compliance.
